For more than 39 years, Dr. Joel Angyal has been helping patients overcome pain, restore mobility, and return to active living. Based in Cliffside Park, NJ, he has dedicated his career to providing compassionate, results-driven chiropractic care to patients throughout Bergen County, Hudson County, and the surrounding communities.
Since opening his practice in 1986, Dr. Angyal has treated thousands of patients and built a reputation for combining advanced clinical expertise with a personal, patient-centered approach. His guiding belief is simple: “The right doctor can change your life.”
Dr. Angyal treats a wide range of conditions, including back pain, neck pain, herniated discs, sciatica, and headaches. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, he works to identify and address the underlying cause of each patient’s pain, creating an individualized treatment plan designed to support lasting relief and better function.
Treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, cold laser therapy, and rehabilitative exercise, depending on each patient’s condition, needs, and goals.

Dr. Angyal earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College and has pursued extensive postgraduate training in chiropractic orthopedics, pain management, scoliosis care, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, spinal trauma, and advanced diagnostic procedures.
He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management and certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
